For seven years, from 1994 to 2001, the New York nightclub Don Hill was where queer and rock met, in the Squeezbox night: a pansexual party where everything was possible and where everybody – hetero, gay, punk and drag queen – could participate.
Steven Saporito’s documentary relives the legend of the evenings animated by rock drag queens, where during its history, Antony and the Johnsons performed, as well as the writer Michael Cunningham and the directors John Waters and Cameron Mitchell (author of Shortbus).
Following the film, Steven Saporito will meet the public.
